These services range from individual and family needs through to corporate mediation and workshopping. "Cape Counselling & Wellness" understands the many challenges of those living and working in a remote area (both personally and professionally), as a result, offer practical and professional support and counselling to manage issues such as loss and grief, alcohol and drug support, relationship issues and stress and anger management. From a corporate perspective, "Cape Counselling & Wellness" provide mediation, workshopping, conflict resolution, strategic organisational planning, team building and group dynamics. Due to the diversity of professional and practical experience, the "Cape Counselling & Wellness" team are in a unique position to offer a wide range of emotional, physical, spiritual and physiological support catering to individual needs as well as corporate requirements. *Members of the "Cape Counselling & Wellness" team are also registered members of either the Australian Psychological Association or the Australian Counselling Association.

GET ON BOARD AND HELP THESE GUYS. EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS AND ITS FOR OUR AMAZING VETERANS.

WOO HOO!!! 🛌🛌🛌🛌🛌

We have just passed the half way mark to raising much needed funds for our 5 bedroom donga 😁 This is due to ALL of YOU amazing people who have donated and so far two people (yes that's right, individuals, not businesses) have pledged 5K EACH 😱 and are having rooms named after them 🫶🙌 They are both veterans, both bloody legends, have visited many times and I am proud to call them both friends and family 💖 More details will be revealed later, but there are only 3 rooms remaining with naming rights!!! So get up on it 🤟

Big thanks also to Counselling & Wellbeing Centre for donating 1K and another veteran donating 1K along with a few $500 donations. Every little bit counts and we are super grateful for all those who have donated 🙏 even the simple cost of a coffee ☕️ makes a huge difference when done by many, so for that we are grateful 🥰

15K down and 15K to go to reach our 30K target 🎯 remember every donation over $2 is fully tax deductible 💰
