Something a little special…
Join .lim for a Stretch, Roll & Release workshop, making a special appearance, at 4pm on Sunday 14 September.
Be guided through a variety of myofascial release techniques. The gentle pressure from the application of props to specific points in your muscles releases tightness, alleviates discomfort and encourages mobility. Focusing on trigger points, areas of your body where tension is commonly held, your body will move more freely.
Myofascial release also has a soothing effect on your nervous system. You can expect to leave feeling relaxed, grounded and centred.
Through the session, dynamic stretches will be incorporated to further release muscles and connective tissues. When we add stretching alongside workout routines such as Yoga, Pilates, Barre and strength training, this increases range of movement, improves performance and aids quicker muscle recovery.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and included in your Membership or $25 Drop-In on Momence.
