New Yin Yoga classes now available here at The Pilates Method
What is Yin Yoga you might ask, Yin Yoga is a popular practice that allows for longer passive holds during poses to apply subtle positive stress to the deeper connective tissues, allowing time for the body to gently release into gravity and mind to calm in a deeply meditative state. All poses are floor based with the aid of props, you will be practicing in a warm, softly lit room with beautiful soft music in the background to facilitate a deep feeling of relaxation and calmness.

Mondays and Fridays at 5:30pm - 6:45pm (75 minutes)
A deeply healing and meditative yoga practice that calms anxiety, eases stress and restores agility to the body; with incorporated mindfulness and breathing practices that further heal the neurological system.
