With the car racing on later this week we have decided to cancel Fridays class as Main Beach becomes party central for the car racing crowd with access and parking becoming difficult. Mondays class on as usual then back to normal following week

New Yin Yoga classes now available here at The Pilates Method

What is Yin Yoga you might ask, Yin Yoga is a popular practice that allows for longer passive holds during poses to apply subtle positive stress to the deeper connective tissues, allowing time for the body to gently release into gravity and mind to calm in a deeply meditative state. All poses are floor based with the aid of props, you will be practicing in a warm, softly lit room with beautiful soft music in the background to facilitate a deep feeling of relaxation and calmness.
