Last week, the Quest for Life team had the privilege of delivering three deeply meaningful workshops in Bathurst, supporting individuals, practitioners, and the broader community to build resilience and emotional wellbeing.
💛 Thursday, 9 April
A resilience and wellbeing workshop with the Central West Women's Health Centre, creating a safe and supportive space for reflection, connection, and practical learning.
💛 Friday, 10 April
A workshop for domestic & family violence and community service practitioners—empowering those on the front line with tools to support both their clients and their own wellbeing.
💛 Saturday, 11 April
A free 'Your Life Matters' workshop for a very friendly and engaged audience. Gwen had this to say afterwards: "This was a comfortable, safe space with Kate – really present in the moment, actively listening and responding with empathy, wise counsel and most importantly humour! Yes, I do feel my life matters!"
Quest's 'Your Life Matters' workshops offer practical, evidence-based strategies to navigate life’s challenges and strengthen resilience.
WATCH THIS SPACE 👀... We’re excited to be expanding these workshops—offering 'Your Life Matters' sessions monthly in various locations across NSW.
🙏 A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team at the Central West Women’s Health Centre—Karen Boyde, Lorraine Murphy, Breanna Carmody, Alison Browett, Paula Cahill, Brittany (Nova) Hillard, and Michelle Graves—for your collaboration, care, and commitment to your community.
