Back in the rooms with Chikako, Daniel, and baby Yuta for his 6-week check 💙

Yuta took his time coming into the world after a long labour, and seeing him thriving now makes this visit even more special.
The strength and resilience mums show in pregnancy, labour, and recovery never stops to amaze.
It’s such a joy to reconnect with families in these early weeks and see how far they’ve come since birth.

Luckily, the best part of this 6-week visit wasn’t the outfits — it was celebrating Aizel and Christian settling beautifully into parenthood with baby Carlene 🤍

Seeing Jess and Luke again — now with baby Maeve and her proud big brother Phoenix — was such a lovely reminder of how special continuity of care can be.
Each baby brings their own rhythm, personality, and joy. Being able to care for the same family through both pregnancies and meet them again in these early weeks is a privilege I treasure.

It was so lovely seeing Stella and Kristopher again — this time for baby Arianna’s 6-week postnatal check-in 🤍

This is the second time I’ve had the privilege of caring for Stella through pregnancy and birth, and it’s always something special to reconnect in these early weeks and see a family settling into its new rhythm.

Arianna is thriving, Stella is recovering beautifully, Kristopher is already back in the groove of newborn life & big brother is loving all of it!

Thank you both for your trust once again — it’s been an honour to be part of your growing family’s journey 💫

It was lovely to see Stephanie and Lucas again — now as parents of two.

I had the privilege of caring for them during both of their pregnancies, and it’s always something special to be invited back for the next chapter.

Baby Byron made himself heard during the photo (as babies do), while Atticus took it all in stride as a very capable big brother.

Stephanie and Lucas — thank you for your trust, again. It’s been a real pleasure to walk this path with your family.

Catching up with Isabella and her beautiful boy recently felt like a full-circle moment. From pregnancy to now, it’s always incredible to witness just how much strength and softness coexist in new mums!

Isabella was grounded, present, and absolutely smitten — and who could blame her? Miles is already the sweetest little soul.

The early days of motherhood aren’t always easy, seeing her so connected with Oli, supported by her mum, and finding her rhythm — was truly moving.

Welcoming Laura and baby Claire back to the rooms was such a heartwarming moment 💕

Laura is beautifully settled into life as a mum — radiating calm confidence and so in tune with her little one. Watching her hold Claire, full of ease and love, reminded me just how powerful this transition into motherhood can be.

Postnatal visits are more than just checkups — they’re a time to reflect, reconnect, and celebrate just how far you’ve come.

I saw Pearl again this week—this time, not in labour, but holding her wide-eyed, curious little Theo.

Six weeks ago, I was by her side as she brought this beautiful baby boy into the world. This week, I watched her walk into the clinic— a little sleep-deprived, but glowing with a quiet kind of strength only new mothers carry.

Theo was awake the whole time, his tiny fingers gripping mums shirt like he already knows his safe place.

These catch ups are for healing bodies, changing emotions, and holding space for all the unspoken feelings that come with those first few weeks.

These visits remind me why I love what I do. Watching mums grow into themselves, and babies grow into the world—it’s the most beautiful kind of full-circle moment ❤️
