We have the activity of a bookworm's dreams! Book Club encourages participants to get out and about, visiting local libraries to search the shelves for their next read!
Participants each have their own workbook where they keep a record of what they've read and share their thoughts and reviews.

We've seen some more great work from participants during the Health & Well-being activity on Monday mornings recently.
Monday's activity fucsed on positive self-take and affirmations. Participants took turns to come up with examples and write them on the board to share with each other. Here's what Participant Support Workers Diana and Leanne said about the activity: "A metaphor that was given to the participants was, that your mind is like a garden. When you speak kindly to yourself and say things like ‘I am doing my best’ or I am beautiful, you are planting good seeds’. When negative thoughts creep in, like ‘I am not good enough’, they grow like weeds and take over. The more you practice positive self-talk, the more your garden will grow strong and healthy. Therefore, the more your mental garden will nourish and grow. "

A productive day was had during Art in Bendigo today, here's what staff member Teala had to say about this amazing artwork by Mitchell: "Mitchell was hard at work today creating an intricate lino print of a dog, using cutting tools to carefully carve the piece of lino to produce his image. Mitchell really enjoys this part of the process. He then used a roller to apply printing ink to the lino and persevered making many prints before achieving a quality print."
