It’s time to kick off our SHUT UP! for MND – Challenges Edition! 🎉

As part of our mission to raise awareness and support for people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), we will be sending out fun (and sometimes tricky!) challenges throughout the day.

Remember: you can complete the challenges or donate instead, all in support of people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Every small action makes a big difference. 💙

How to Take Part:
• Post your challenge photos or videos on socials and tag us!
• Use so we can cheer you on.

On Thursday, 13 November, we will be giving up our voices to raise awareness and funds for people living with Motor Neurone Disease.

Every silent challenge helps support vital care, equipment, and services for those who have lost their voice to MND. 💪🏼
