As we move into 2026, it's time to reflect on the year that was and everything that it brought. It was a big year, full of both high's and low's with their being so many things we could mention and so many people to thank for their support. Especially our dedicated team of volunteers, a group of absolute superstars and the reason we can do what we do. We cannot thank you enough and cannot wait for what the next year has to bring for us. Our riders and their families who stayed with us every step of the way this year, thank you for continuing to always show up. The reason why we do what we do and you're worth every minute of it.
However, before we move on its important to reflect on and thank those who have gone above and beyond for us and the reason we get to even go into the new year feeling hopeful.
Jenny, who without we would be absolutely lost. Her endless and tireless dedication to keeping the centre running behind the scenes is nothing short of incredible. There were so many moments where it would have been so easy to throw our hands up and say it was too hard to keep going, but she never did.
Lara, who is the coach centre's absolutely dream of and aspire to be. Our riders are a direct reflection of your care, compassion and steady guidance and while it may be a little different next year, we are lucky to have you on our team for 2026.
The owners of Pippa and Max, for whom our world revolves around. To trust us with the love and care for horses we know mean the world to you is special and we cannot thank you enough. We couldn't be here without you and without them. They are such an incredible duo and an absolute reflection of you, we hope we are doing you proud.
Speaking of horses, Fiona Kates Animal Chiropractic and The Equine Practice for keeping our horses their most happy and healthy.
To the team at LBR Equestrian for all their time and help this year, you made our Friday's possible and were such a big support. Thank you for your endless amounts of wisdom and guidance.|
RDA Victoria - Riding for the Disabled Association of Victoria, for always being a phone call away and supporting our centre during such a stressful year. All the things you do and all the support you gave us didn't go unnoticed.
And a very special thank you to our wonderful girl Pepper, who has more then earnt her retirement. She has truly been the centre of our universe for so long and all of her stories are spoken about nearly every week. She left her mark on all of us here and we were so incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful mare.
Happy New Year to everyone, we can't wait for what 2026 has in store for us. 💜🐴
