What a night to remember! ✨

Last Friday, 17 October 2025, our team had the honour of attending the 2025 Cairns Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards — a wonderful celebration of passion, purpose, and the people who continue to make our community thrive.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and pride. The evening brought together so many inspiring local businesses, leaders, and changemakers — each with their own story of resilience, innovation, and contribution to the region’s growth. 💙

For All At Once Consulting, being recognised as a finalist for the Community Contribution Excellence Award was both a proud and humbling moment. It reminded us why we do what we do — empowering individuals, fostering inclusion, and supporting positive change within our community.

The night was made even more special by sharing it as a team — celebrating achievements, connecting with other local organisations, and reflecting on how collaboration truly drives impact. The energy in the room was uplifting, reminding us that Cairns’ business community is built on passion, generosity, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

Cost: FREE
Tickets: One ticket per person attending the show. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Seating: Seating isn’t allocated.
Time: 2.00pm and 4.00pm
Duration: Approximately 1 hour 20 minutes

World Festival of Magic has been organized as a special FREE outing to bring some joy and laughter to the children, teenagers and families who have been having a hard time due to illness, disabilities, or other health related issues as well as children in protective custody. This also includes those who may be experiencing emotional and/or financial difficulties.
This show FREE of charge due to the kindness of the Cairns business community and the Lions Club of Cairns.

Useful information for all current DES participants.

From 16 October 2025 to 5 January 2026, a temporary pause of mutual obligations will be in effect for Disability Employment Services (DES) and Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) participants.

This means that if you are a participant in DES your participation is voluntary.

On 1 November 2025 DES will be replaced by Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA).

Inclusion Australia, DANA and the Anti-Poverty Centre have worked hard to make this pause happen.

The pause will protect people during the change from DES to IEA and give you time to choose a provider that works for you.

From 16 October to 5 January:

· You don’t have to talk to your provider or go to appointments
· You don’t have to apply for jobs or do training
· Your Centrelink payment will not stop or go down
· All tasks are voluntary – you can still do them if you want to
· Any demerits you already have will be cleared.
