For the past 3 years I’ve been working out of Platform Six, and I’m so grateful for the time I spent there. Beautiful Amber welcomed me into her space with open arms and an open heart. It’s been home to Wellness with Steph Lang but change is on the horizon now.

Growth asks us to move — and I’m moving. 🌿

I’m beyond excited to announce that Wellness with Steph Lang is relocating the Old Joinery Lane here in Bungendore sharing the space with Melody from — a space that aligns with the healing work I do and the community I want to build.

If you know me through Pretzel Massage and Bodywork, there’s probably a behind‑the‑scenes detail you don’t know: every single week I go through 20–30 sets of single bed sheets and up to 100 small towels. That’s a lot of laundry.

Alongside running Pretzel, I juggle other jobs too. Add to that a household of five and a revolving door of house guests (not complaining - I wouldn’t change it), and it felt like I was constantly staring down mountains of washing.

Then, a few months ago, Facebook Marketplace delivered something I wasn’t expecting. A laundromat in Melbourne was closing and selling off its machines. No prizes for guessing what happened next.

Since then, laundry has become a worry of the past. What once took up a huge amount of my daily mental load is now knocked over in a couple of hours a week.

So, because I’m not one to miss an opportunity - and I know I can’t be the only person or business completely over the endless cycle of washing—Spin Tumble Fold Co. was born:

I’m now offering a wash, dry & fold service for:

*Local businesses
*Busy households
*Anyone who wants their time back

From everyday washing to sports kits, doonas and blankets, your laundry is professionally washed, neatly folded, and returned ready to put away—one less thing on your mental load.

For now, Spin Tumble Fold Co. is run part‑time in a way that fits around my other work, but if the demand is there, who knows? Maybe one day this could grow into a local laundromat right here in town.

One‑off services or regular pickups - weekly, fortnightly, or monthly can all be accommodated.

This business grew directly out of real need - mine first, and now hopefully yours too. I’m incredibly excited to offer this service and support local families and businesses in the process.

Fresh just got a little more flexible!

A little update for those of you who love your Sea Moss…

The Original Range (OG) now has an extended best before of 10 weeks.

That means more time to enjoy it—without changing a thing about what’s inside.

The herbal blends are still sitting at around 4 weeks for now, simply because they need to pass the same testing process before they can be extended too.

What I really love about this (and why I choose to stock it) is that nothing has been added to make this happen.

No xanthan gum.
No citric acid.
No shortcuts.

Just real, fresh, whole-food sea moss—made the harder way, on purpose.

Because while it would be easier to stabilise it… that often comes at the cost of digestion and nutrient absorption. And that kind of defeats the point.

So yes, it’s a bit more work.

Yes, it still needs to be treated like a fresh product (think yoghurt, not pantry item). It's best consumed within a week or two of opening.

But you’re getting something that’s actually doing what it’s meant to do
