In case anyone wondered what my recommendation for a staple of the autistic diet is its sandwich’s. They make up the bulk of what I eat because they are a good way to trick my brain into accepting things it mostly doesn’t food wise. They are to put it simply a nice simple way to make sure whatever you need more of in your diet gets in. I recommend it to anyone on the spectrum who struggles to eat specific food types that they need more of. Turn it into a sandwich it’ll be easier to eat that way and you will be healthier as a result!
