Exciting News, Bungendore!

Bungendore Medical Centre is proud to announce that we’re joining forces with Familia Fitness for this year’s Oceans to Outback challenge in support of the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

We first signed up on our own, but when Familia Fitness offered to come on board, we jumped at the chance—because let’s face it, we’ll need all the help we can get! And who better to team up with than our local gym?

🖼 From Saturday, Rusten House Arts Centre is showing two new exhibitions with Dennis Mortimer and Lia Kemmis presenting Lost, a series that responds to the impact of human activity on our shared environment. Kahli McLeod presents Shared Spaces: The Wildlife Next Door, which draws inspiration from native birds and wildlife within the region.

Many of us already know how fantastic Bungendore is with many accolades over the years and this latest recognition is well deserved as our region welcomes visitors from around the globe.

Tourism is a critical part of our local economy and the sector employs over 1000 people. Tourism also provides an opportunity for us to showcase local industries and produce to visitors and build on Bungendore’s appeal for a strong future.
