The spirit of community in response to these disastrous fires is remarkable, and testimony to the decency and generosity of many.

A great example of this is Jock & Claire Hughes from Cluden Newry Angus in Tasmania, who called us to buy a BD load of high quality Hay, and subsequently donated it to a Beef Producer who was burnt out at Yarck.

Such a heart-warming gesture from one farming family to another.
