You might have noticed a name change.

This name change is a work in progress. I am transitioning across to Light Within The Darkness.

There has been a letting go and surrendering to The Healing Garage to make space to be able to step with ease and grace to the new name.

The new name I have also realized a name for what I do with my clients. I am a Spiritual Mentor. This encompasses all that I do enabling me to draw on many tools in my tool kit of knowledge to help empower my wonderful clients.

I look forward to working with existing clients and new clients.

Yesterday Pa (my Dad) transitioned from this life. We were at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit when I got the call. Mallacai went out and raced with a little tribute to Pa on his nose cone.

No more looking down at the pavement Dad. You can now stand tall and strong as you walk (race) with us looking up and seeing the Eternal Sun.

As I sit now in my meditation space I know you are with me forever. In this early morning silence while my family sleeps I know I am supported and loved far more than I can imagine.

There is peace in this stillness 💗🦋

Yesterday morning while shopping for PJ’s for my Dad, I saw this ladies jumper (that I got permission to photograph).

I feel this is a beautiful reminder that each and everyone deserves kindness. You don’t know what the person in front of you is going through.

Love, compassion and kindness go a long way.

This is a great story.

I got this wheelbarrow 15 years ago from a garage sale for $6. Mat was in disbelief when I told him it was perfect. I wheeled it all the way home with Ryan having a ride. I have used this wheelbarrow for everything, from doing paintings on, garden of course, pushing kids around even Merlin our beloved cat. Great memories 😻

Yesterday I noticed how bad the rust is and I was pleading with Mat to fix it, I just love this wheelbarrow.

I came to realize the teaching. In life we can hang on so tightly to our stories and want desperately to keep things the same. In reality it is just a wheelbarrow and while I will always have great memories I choose to surrender. By surrendering the story I make way for something even better 😻

Quite often the attachment we have to stories/drama is the very thing that holds us back in life. What story/ies do you have that you would be willing to surrender to create space for something magnificent 💗

Busy weekend away racing.

Mallacai got his first top 10 finish. 💗

And on a side night to last weeks post, I towed the trailer with race car on board to Winton.

Great sense of accomplishment. It’s amazing what we can achieve when we push past the fear. 💗

You may be wondering why I’ve put up a picture of Mallacai’s race car on the trailer.

I thought it was a wonderful way to explain how I use all the tools that I have learnt over the years on myself as well. If I suggest a breathing or visualization exercise it is because I know it works.

Found out a few days ago that I am going to be towing Mallacai’s car to Winton. I have never towed. I have had a couple of training sessions with the empty trailer. In which case I have been able to calm my self and bring myself into the NOW. I have visualized my self being success. And even on Saturday when I took the trailer to Akurra to pick up Mallacai’s car I said “Dear Spirit, I request the most benevolent out come for this towing experience today all with ease and grace. Thank You Dear Spirit.” It was all with ease and grace 💗😻

So in a few days time we head off to Winton and both myself and Mallacai are feeling confident with my towing.

We can change our mindset, we can step out of fear, we can be confident while knowing Spirit always has our back 💗

This is a Boyd’s Forrest Dragon. We were blessed to see him while on holidays. I have put the photos in reverse so that you may be able to spot him in the other two. How we first saw him.

With this being said it brings to mind how many times spirit is always there always trying to get our attention. Always offering guidance or in times help.

We spend so much of our time on automatic pilot that we do not even notice the help and loving support that is being given to us.

Maybe today is a day to pause and breathe for a moment and allow yourself to look and see if you can see the magic that is all around you every day.

You are so worthy of taking a moment for yourself. Breathe slowly and take a moment to re read the last sentence. 💗🦋🌴

Look at these amazing Golden Orb Spiders.

two different ones and both beautiful, elegant and majestic. They are in stillness in the now.

In this now moment my breath is taken away by the beauty, the golden color, the little golden circles down their legs, the beauty of their face, the smell of the rainforest, the detail of the cobwebs, the lushness of the plants, the sound of giant palm branches falling to the ground, the sound of the ocean, the music of the birds, the smallest sound of the crabs coming in and out of their burrows.

I do love the tropics.

In this now moment I can feel the the energy of the water rushing past, the sound of water flowing rapidly, the smell of the rainforest after the rain, the odd splash of water, the coolness, the birds rustling on the rainforest floor, mesmerized by the flow of the water 😻

Sometimes in life we have times where we can surrender and go with the flow or we can fight and struggle seeing everything as hard and difficult but when we surrender and trust and connect with our heart another pathway or perspective will present itself.

We can still have challenging times however we come through them with more ease and grace.

In this moment in time I am mesmerized by the detail in the Dragonfly wings, the pattern within the body and tail, the colors, the tiny little feet, the gentleness, the peace, the connection and trust 😻💗

We are all given opportunities that allow our hearts to open more. To trust. For many of us trust is hard. We forget the grandness of our Soul and get caught up in the hamster wheel drama we call life. Thinking this drama is real. In fact it is nothing more than an illusion.

When you allow yourself to connect with this now moment this breath you begin to experience your true state of love and light.

Connect with your breath, connect with nature and breathe your magnificence in. 💗

Last Sunday we did a spontaneous trip to

I was so amazed at this beautiful Quan Yin statue. I had asked spirit for a sign and my sign was for a Quan Yin statue. I stood there with goose bumps all over as I thanked spirit for my sign. I definitely was not going to miss this sign 😻

Quan Yin first come into my life in the early 90’s when I learnt Magnified Healing.

Beautiful place, beautiful energy looking forward to visiting again. 💗

In this Now moment I have taken the time to pause and intentionally hum. As I allow myself to breathe in and hum on the out breath, I feel my hum vibrating through my body. I feel my heart space opening. I feel my hearing opening to the many different frequencies of our beautiful Mother Earth. I hear the choir of many different birds. I hear the gentle breeze talking softly. I can see the wispy clouds dancing in the sky. I can hear the buzz of bees and flies. I can see the butterflies and dragonflies dance around and one caterpillar happily investigating my Salvia.

In this NOW moment my heart is full of joy, love, happiness and bliss.

I love life and life loves me back 💗😻

In this now moment I am in pure delight at the perfection of this cobweb and the beautiful spider that can create such an inspiring web.

The way the early morning sunlight reflects on the web, the intricate pattern, the little tiny dew drops on the web, the stripes on the spiders legs, the beautiful plants and flowers around the web, the tasty little snacks that have been caught in the web, the greenery against the red bricks, the variegated leaves. Pure bliss 😻

What I do know is this spider has no self doubt or insecurities about itself. It is completely satisfied with the making of the web. There is no judgement or criticism about itself or other spiders. This spider is so completely in the now, loving life and in the flow of spider happiness.

Next time your outside pause for a moment, breathe and see what amazingly beautiful peaceful NOW moment you can enjoy knowing you are perfect in this now moment. You really are magnificent 💗
