What’s been going on in your life lately? There have been so many major shifts in people’s lives. I’m getting asked this question a lot. So I thought I’d ask my spirit team and this is what their reply was…

😇 Life is like riding a wave! Or we prefer to call it ‘a temporary roller coaster’ - no matter where you are on it, whether it’s good or bad,
it will ALWAYS be temporary…remember that!
Just keep going, bide your time, maybe take a break and stop pushing so hard to allow yourself to just ‘go with the flow’ for awhile…

Everyone is going through huge changes. Some people are facing major challenges, some people personal doubts, some are being redirected, and some are ‘breezing through’! Which one are you?

Whatever you have put in place over the past few years is lining up for you right now…it may just be taking a little while longer for those around you to align and adjust too. Give them the time they need.
In the meantime get on with making the most of each day - play with the kids, read a book, take a short course. Meditate! Time will pass and once again you will find your center ❤️

Don’t doubt your abilities… you’ve had your gifts since birth, uniquely given to each of you individually to help guide you through life! You can NEVER lose them, they may change & strengthen at times but they are ALWAYS there. The question is how much faith and trust in yourself do you really have?
Now is the time to focus inwards like never before and strengthen it. Allow other people’s storm to be outside of you 🥰

Before we know it, life will take another turn and a new door with clearer direction will open up and we will be off and running with big smiles and an open heart once again 😇

Stay true to honouring yourself and allow LIFE to be Life! Just remember we came to EXPERIENCE Life, not to beat each other to the finish line.
Make it a conscious CHOICE what YOU want to experience ❤️

We are ALWAYS here to guide you, to hear us you only need to LISTEN

Much love xx
😇

Reach out if you’ve got things going on and you need to talk we’re here to help each other. I’m here to help you work your way through it.

Animal Communication isn’t just about what they have to “say” it’s also about what they “do” to help us heal ❤️
Here is a long but beautiful read borrowed from another page (credit: Jack Russell Terrier fb) . . . .

I didn’t want my late son’s Jack Russell Terrier.
That’s the truth. I need to admit that first, because nothing else in this story makes sense without it.
When my son, Ryan, died, people filled the house with food trays and sympathy cards. They spoke softly, like grief might break if handled too loudly.
None of it helped.
And then someone brought me his dog.
His name was Tank.
Ryan adopted Tank three years before the crash. He was everything a Jack Russell Terrier is known for — small but fearless, sharp eyes always watching, endless energy packed into a compact body, and loyalty that ran deeper than most people realize.
I still remember the phone call the day he brought him home.
“Dad, you have to meet him. He’s incredible.”
“I’m not a dog person,” I told him.
“That’s because you haven’t met Tank,” Ryan laughed. “Jack Russells pick their person. He picked me.”
Whenever I visited, Tank would bounce over on those quick little legs and try to climb straight into my lap, tail wagging like it had its own motor. I’d gently push him away.
“He likes you,” Ryan would say.
“Well, I don’t like him,” I’d answer.
It was our joke.
Ryan loved that Jack Russell with everything he had.
I tolerated him because I loved my son.
Then Ryan was gone.
A red light. A distracted driver. A phone call at 7:12 PM that split my life into before and after.
After the funeral, the landlord called. The apartment needed clearing. That included the dog.
“I can’t take him,” I said.
“If no one does, animal services will.”
Tank arrived the next afternoon.
He walked into my house quietly — not bouncing this time. Not energetic. His head was lowered, tail still. He went straight to the spare bedroom where Ryan used to stay and curled himself beside the bed.
Jack Russells bond hard. Deep. Completely.
For two weeks, he barely left that room.
I brought his food to him.
I coaxed him outside.
Every time headlights flashed in the driveway, his ears perked. His body tensed. His tail wagged once — hopeful.
Then silence.
He was waiting for Ryan.
And I was waiting for a world that wasn’t coming back.
We lived in the same house like strangers connected by loss.
I tried to rehome him. Called rescues. They told me placing an adult Jack Russell isn’t simple — they need time, attention, patience.
Then one night, something shifted.
I fell asleep in my chair and woke up gasping from the nightmare again — the crash replaying over and over.
Tank was there.
Not in the spare room.
He had quietly padded over and curled himself against my legs. His small body pressed into me, warm and steady. His eyes watched my face carefully — the way Jack Russells do when they sense something isn’t right.
For the first time since Ryan died, I reached down and scratched behind his ear.
He didn’t move.
Neither did I.
The next morning, I called the rescue and told them to take his name off the list.
Tank started sleeping outside my bedroom door.
Then inside it.
He stopped waiting at the front door.
And slowly, I stopped staring at nothing.
We began walking every evening. He trotted beside me — small, determined, loyal — like his only mission was to stay close.
It’s been a year now.
He still jumps into my lap whenever I sit down.
And now… I let him.
I didn’t want my son’s Jack Russell Terrier.
But somehow, that little dog with the giant heart saved what was left of me.
Now when I look at Tank, I don’t just see a Jack Russell.
I see the piece of Ryan that stayed behind.
And the reason I get up every morning.
For the first time since that phone call…
this house doesn’t feel empty anymore. 🐾🤍

I love working with people that come with an open heart, an open mind and ready to let themselves heal.

Connecting to a loved one who has passed through mediumship can offer enormous healing when dealing with Grief.

Spiritual mentoring offers a safe place to openly talk about any questions you may have connected to spirit, this too can offer a wonderful feeling of relief, satisfied curiosity and forward movement in your life❤️

The only thing we can control in life is the way we react to any situation. If it comes from a place of love, it’s always right.❤️

In the book “A Bridge Across Forever“ by Richard Bach (same author who wrote Jonathan Livingstone Seagul), an analogy for soul choices is explained by using the term ‘Ripples in the sand after the tide has gone out’ 🤔 it got me thinking…

Quite beautiful really, and quite poignant as to the amount of choices with limitless outcomes from those choices that we face on a daily basis…

😇My job as a Psychic Medium is to help people find their way through the outcomes of their choices. This is why having a Reading can be so useful and to many - life changing 😇

Do you think we actually have choices in LIFE or do you think LIFE is all mapped out for us with no variation???

I’d love to hear your thoughts xx
