Our Living Your Way – Group Based Activities program offers small, supportive groups in a calm, nature-based environment where participants can build independence, develop friendships and grow everyday life skills through hands-on activities.

Set on a beautiful open 7-acre property in Burbank, participants enjoy space to move, explore and engage in activities in a relaxed setting — away from the noise and pressure of typical centre-based programs.

Each session is designed to align with individual NDIS goals while encouraging community participation, routine and social connection in a boutique, supportive environment.

⭐ Building Skills, Confidence & Independence ⭐

H has been doing an amazing job at his volunteer role, actively engaging in meaningful tasks around the store. From organising shelves and dusting displays to sorting through DVDs and exploring different sections, he is developing valuable work skills, increasing his focus, and building confidence in a real community environment.

Volunteering supports H to work towards his goals of improving independence, strengthening communication, and learning how to participate positively alongside others. We are so proud of his continued effort and willingness to try new tasks. 👏

Every small step is a big step toward greater independence. 💙

🌿 Casual Disability Support Worker needed – SIL & Community Access, Redlands Area 🌿

Your Way Care Providers is looking for a compassionate and reliable Casual Support Worker to join our team.

This role includes:
• Supported Independent Living (SIL)
• Community access
• Personal care & daily living supports
• Sleepover shifts
• Flexible and weekend availability required

To best meet the needs and preferences of the participant we support, we are currently seeking a male support worker for this position.

We’re seeking someone who is calm, patient, consistent and confident supporting participants with varying support needs. Experience in SIL and behaviour support is highly regarded.

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Shells 🌟

Shells brings creativity, colour, and a whole lot of fun to the Your Way Care Providers team. She loves getting involved in hands-on activities with participants — from arts and crafts to dress-ups and imaginative play — and has a wonderful way of making every activity feel engaging and inclusive.

Shells works closely alongside participants while also supporting our administration behind the scenes, helping keep everything running smoothly. Her ability to balance both roles shows her commitment and versatility within the team.

She creates an environment where participants feel comfortable to join in, express themselves, and simply enjoy the moment 💙
