Our Monday Exercise for chronic pain class will be at Varsity Lakes Community Centre for the next 2 weeks.

There is a slightly later start time of 1.30.

Plenty of parking and space to move!

We are back to class tomorrow!

Ready for the new term, come and join us at Burleigh Waters Community Centre.

Class is still $5, bring yourself, easy to move clothes and sports shoes. Don't forget your water.

Great news!!

We are able to use the Burleigh Waters Community Hall tomorrow so we will be able to have our class.

Come along and try out the new circuit! Bring yourself, $5 and water.

Due to voting we are unable to use Burleigh Waters Community Hall for our Monday Exercise for Chronic Pain Class for the next 2 weeks.

If the weather is good we will do an adapted class in the park behind the centre so come along and enjoy!

Please be aware that a number of halls are not available for regular Active & Healthy sessions due to the Elections and Pre Poling booths being set up from 1 March to 16 March 2024.

If you will be attending a class, please ensure to check the venue with the instructor if you have not received information about it.
