School lunches = chicken fritters for protein. Vegetables for vitamins and gut health 👌🏽
What do you feed your kids? Carbohydrates like bread, pasta, chips etc break down into SUGAR in the body. It is important to balance with protein, good fats and vegetables. 🥒
If your children are ‘fussy’ eaters and only want sugar (carbohydrates) then it’s a sign of bad gut bacteria! 🦠
Also can indicate nutrient deficiencies and/or food intolerance⚠️Unfortunately we CRAVE the food that’s bad for us! 😭😭
It’s much easier to help your children with their nutrition BEFORE they become teenagers and can buy whatever they want! 😬Sure you might get a few tantrums but after that you may notice improved MOOD, better focus at school, improved immunity 🙌🏼
