Vale Dr Keith Bastian

It is with deep sadness that SOTO Australasia announces the passing of Dr Keith Bastian, who was pivotal in bringing Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) to Australia. From the 1970s, Dr Bastian’s passion, teaching, and leadership helped establish and grow the SOT community across Australasia, inspiring generations of chiropractors and students.

A farewell service will be held on Friday, September 5th, 2pm at St Nicholas Church, 51 Brent Street, Tuncurry, NSW.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Dr Bastian’s family, friends, colleagues, and students. His legacy will continue through the work of all those he inspired.

SOT Foundation Series in Adelaide!

Our SOT Foundation Course covers all you need to know for the basis of SOT.

Cranial - 30 & 31 August 2025

This foundation course is run over 3 weekends, covering all the ground level work of Major DeJarnette.

This will give any chiropractor or chiropractic student an excellent foundation of how to apply and use SOT successfully.

Looking to cement your SOT knowledge? We will be running certification exams on Friday 17th October on the Gold Coast in conjunction with our Annual Convention. Sitting for certification helps establish and promote your professional accountability. On passing you may be invited to assist on the Table Education Team at upcoming seminar series’.
