Silly Season is well and truly here. We're looking forward to a well earned rest by pausing our clinic days for January but will continue to ship orders between staycation adventures. The girls and I are looking forward to some rest days including biking to the beach and planning the next huge chapter for us all. A reminder to check in on loved ones you haven't heard from in a while and spread some seasonal love, remembering it's not an easy time for too many amongst us. Stay kind.

Fascinating replication of what we've all seen before. Important discussions regarding tastes of foods and how easily the palate and brain are exploited.

Simplifying to leafy green veg, good quality proteins including veg based proteins is so important to Good Skin but also to overall health. Increasing variety in the diet is led by targeted supervised elimination.

Our two week results are enough for people to stay the course and learn more and more across 12+ weeks of how to self manage health resulting in Good Skin.

Aiming for consistency in skin texture and colour to radically reduce symptoms is our primary goal. These incredible results after 2 weeks are much better than what we aim for once treatment starts.
