Join her every Wednesday morning at 5:30 AM for a strong, soulful and dynamic start to your day.

A little about Anna 👇
With a background in dance and musical theatre, Anna has been moving since she could walk — thinking her childhood Pilates classes were just “warm ups.” Fast forward a few years, and movement became her medicine through motherhood, career shifts, and life’s seasons.

At 40, she took the leap to make her passion her purpose — gaining qualifications in Barre, Mat & Hot Pilates, Reformer, Kettlebells, and Yoga (350hr).

✨ “Movement is medicine for mind, body, and spirit.”
✨ “My goal is to inspire you to move well, age well, and think well.”

Expect strong, dynamic classes that go beyond the physical — leaving you energised, grounded, and connected.

Asher is a contemporary movement artist whose career spans stage, screen, and site-specific works. She has performed nationally and internationally across contemporary dance, circus, and burlesque.

She’s also the founder of Spirals of Soma — a platform offering classes, events, and retreats that weave together dance, somatic practice, Eastern medicine, and nervous system awareness.

It’s been a while since Robin has been teaching at .hot.temple but we have never introduced her! So here we are…

Robin learned from Bikram himself & has been teaching Bikram yoga at studios in Canada, the US and Australia for 15 years now.
For the last 12 years of her life she has been living in Northern NSW with her 6 kids, bees 🐝 & peafowls 🦚, teaching locally.

It is an honour to have her teaching at the Hot Temple! 🙏
