You may or may not know that I’m a certified Breath Coach!

Yes we learn about the breath in yoga, but I place such high value on breath work that I chose to learn more about the physiology, more techniques and teachings to pass on to my patients & students. In fact I just completed an upgrade to my original course.

Please feel free to get in touch if you’d like to learn more about breath work. The positive impact on the nervous system and overall health is undeniable, and it can be simple & accessible.

Breath Coaching is a service that I provide here in the studio, either part of a Physio or yoga session, or as a separate consultation. You can use your private health for all services. 😀🫁

I’M BACK feeling refreshed, re-inspired, and ready for another great year with you all!

Remember you don’t have to wait until you’re in pain to come in! I am a huge advocate of preventative health. If you have a vulnerable area, regular treatments help keep you on top of it so you can enjoy ease and wellbeing in your body & mind. Don’t let it build up.

Celebrating 3 years of aerial gymnastics this month! Pictured is me at age 3 and age 43!! The second photo is of my first performance last year 😀

Yes, I started aerial gymnastics at age 40. As a lifelong athlete, I always encourage my patients & students to continue moving, but in the best way for their bodies. Moving with emphasis on awareness, control, and technique, and with exercises to rehab and prevent further injuries. 💪🏼😁

🙌🏼 Hands on treatment 🙌🏼

A large portion of a physiotherapy session at Inspire is hands on manual therapy.

It is crucial to release key muscles, not just for immediate relief, but in order to re-pattern your body back toward ideal movement & posture, for long term recovery. It’s not just about rehab exercises… both are necessary.

This basket of goodness was a gift from a financial planning company I’ve been providing Corporate Wellness Services to for over 4 years! Teaching yoga, Pilates, breath work & meditation either weekly or fortnightly to this amazing team has truly been a pleasure. I appreciate the gesture of gratitude ☺️

*5 YEARS*
Wow… 5 years in business already? I do still pinch myself sometimes and think, I just knew I had to try it my way, and it worked! 😀

Apparently about half of small businesses fail within 5 years. I am truly grateful that Inspire is going stronger than ever and that I LOVE it. What a gift to enjoy working everyday with passion!

I also acknowledge that I created it. I took risks and made it work. Friends tell me I should be proud, and I am ☺️

The personal & professional growth, the collaborations made, and the people I have been privileged to meet along the way have made it an incredible journey.

So THANK YOU to all my amazing supporters, patients, and yogi students for being a part of it. 💛

Here’s to at least 5 more!! 🥳
