P3 Recovery is an elite recovery and well-being centre for active people in the Gold Coast / Tweed region. Our services are focused on keeping you in peak physical and mental condition. State-of-the-art technology and equipment, combined with expert customer support P3 Recovery offers a welcoming environment for people across all walks of life who want to maintain optimal health for optimal performance. Elite athletes, sporting organisations, schools, business groups, social groups, families and others, all use our unique blend of services. The P3 Recovery facility includes Wet & Dry Therapy zones and specialist services. Wet Therapy Zone - 4 magnesium plunge pools, a magnesium hydrotherapy pool, and hot & cold spas scientifically designed to accelerate recovery, sharpen focus and improve mental well-being using contrasting therapy on a rotation basis. Dry Therapy Zone - The Recovery Lounge includes state of the art Normatec compression garments, foam and rubber rollers and massage guns, all used whilst relaxing in recliners and viewing our big screen. Specialist Services - These include a Hyperbaric Chamber, Vibrosaun, Infrared Sauna.

As we move into one of the busiest seasons for our first responders, we are proud to announce our partnership with and show our support to the people who spend their days and nights protecting ours.

Our first responders hold mentally challenging and physically demanding roles. They show up for us in the hardest moments. This week, and through our ongoing partnership, we want to make sure they have a place to reset, recharge and breathe.

This Thursday and Friday all P3 Recovery Centres across Australia will be available to first responders to meet their local team and try our world class recovery and wellness therapies.

This is your time. Your space. Your tools to recover, restore and reconnect with your best.

P3 is committed to supporting the everyday heroes who support us all.

We’re thrilled to team up with P3 Recovery to expand wellbeing support for first responders across the country. Together, we’re creating more opportunities to access therapies like saunas, cold plunge, compression therapy, all designed to boost recovery, mental health and resilience.

P3 Sports and Recovery, Gold Coast’s elite recovery centre for sports people throughout the region. The facility provides services to help people prepare, perform and prevent using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and support at levels usually reserved for elite athletes.

Offering many unique services broken down into zones, the facility includes Wet & Dry Therapy zones as well as specialist treatment areas allowing for all aspects of training, exercise & rehabilitation.

• Wet Therapy zone includes a magnesium plunge pool, a magnesium hydrotherapy pool, and hot & cold magnesium spas designed to attract those from all sporting backgrounds to assist and accelerate recovery using contrasting therapy on a rotation basis.

• Dry Therapy zone consists of a Recovery Lounge which includes state of the art self-assisted treatments with Normatec garments for legs, arms and core all why sitting back in deluxe recliners watching the latest on the big screen. Other Dry Therapies include a roll zone with high-tech Hyperice rollers for all levels of pain,
