As we step into the Year of the Horse, I feel called to share more of the practices that support me day to day. One of those is my piano 💖 a place where I naturally settle, calm my nervous system, and reconnect with Mother Earth and my higher self.
This little reel is a heartfelt offering of something I do just for me. It’s an intuitive vagus nerve reset, recorded with love and intention.

Heading into 2026, I feel grateful to support people each week in feeling happier and healthier in their bodies.
Over time, my passion for the emotional–body connection has grown. Sometimes this means gently exploring how life experiences relate to areas of tension in the body.
I believe this holistic approach allows deeper release and more lasting change than working with the physical body alone.
