My vision is to create an environment where women can exercise and connect with others without feeling vulnerable, judged or under pressure. Exercise with women facing the same challenges and issues. Small group classes (10 max), tailored to meet individual needs. Create body strength // Reconnect with your mind & body // Understand your pelvic floor // Exercise correctly // Gain confidence // Grow taller // Feel happier // Connect & create new friendships

I hear “I’m fine” more than anything else.

But fine can mean so many things:

“I don’t have the space to feel anything else right now.”
“I don’t want to burden anyone.”
“I don’t know where to start.”
“I don’t feel safe enough to say what’s really going on.”
“If I admit I’m not okay, I’m scared everything might fall apart.”

Today I heard it again.
Steady voice.
Tired eyes.
Holding it all inwards.

Imagine the relief of feeling safe enough to explore what’s underneath that word fine.

To have someone truly listen and guide you back to calm, to safety, to yourself.

This month, I’m holding an online session where we do exactly that.

A space to breathe, release, and reset.
It’s a safe space for women..
