Kayleen is a Remedial Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience treating a wide range of conditions. She understands that the body is an interconnected network, in which all the body systems can have an effect physically and mentally, and the origin of the pain/discomfort experienced may not be where it is being felt.

Kayleen understands everyone’s situation and ailments are unique to them, and she tailors an individualised treatment based on consultation, client preference, and treatment responses. Within her treatment sessions, Kayleen primarily utilises generalised massage techniques, trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique (MET), myofascial release (MFR), and positional release (PNF).

Kayleen creates a welcoming environment for all clients, including those with high anxiety, neurodivergence, or new to massage therapy.

In her spare time, Kayleen is busy chasing after her energetic 2-year-old boy and continuing her professional education studying a Bachelor of Osteopathy.

Happy Osteopathy Awareness Month! April is a time to reflect on my career and the passion I feel for the profession. My favourite aspect of practicing, is when I see the positive improvements that I can facilitate in people’s lives with Osteopathy. From helping patients rehabilitate and recover from an injury, to helping others achieve their mobility, stability, strength and conditioning goals, including getting up and down from the floor!

I’m excited to join and osteopaths across the country in celebrating the whole-body approach osteopathy brings to healthcare, treating the whole person, not just their symptoms.
