📝Ingredients: (Makes 8–10 balls)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup (or honey)
1 cup oat flour
30g Macro Mike Caramel Popcorn Almond Protein
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of ground ginger
Splash of milk (add slowly as needed)
White chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil (for coating)
Festive sprinkles
🧑🍳Method:
1. In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and ginger. Add peanut butter + maple syrup and combine.
2. Add milk little by little until a soft dough forms. Roll into 8–10 balls.
3. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave. Dip or drizzle over the balls.
4. Add Christmas sprinkles. Refrigerate until the chocolate firms up.
