A little run down on the type of symptoms and conditions Acupuncturists support in clinic.

Acupuncture works by bringing balance and harmony to the bod and it’s internal organ systems. We target specific areas and organs that initiate a healing response within the body. A lovely side effect of acupuncture is that the nervous system also relaxed. Acupuncture can calm the state of the nervous system from freeze or fight or flight to rest and digest. 😴

Chinese herbal medicine attempts to balance the internal climate of the body. Herbs can be used for many different symptoms and ailments. I commonly use herbs for gynaecological support and hormones, colds, fatigue and energy as well as skin, digestion and pain.

I’m passionate about helping people with acupuncture and Chinese medicine. You can find me and online via telehealth.

A little update. I will be practicing from Bundall @ Won Wellness this June. I’m super excited to be working alongside the talented group of health practitioners at Won. I’ll be offering all the usual services; Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal medicine.

I’m super passionate about helping people with this modality and using my background in health, taking an integrative approach (western and eastern medicine) to helping patients.

I’m so happy and excited to be visiting the gong and doing a little Acupuncture pop up for clients in mid January at Sam’s lovely clinic

I’m aiming to do this every 5-9 weeks or so. So watch this space and my website for dates. Over the last few weeks I’ve had many clients reach out about acupuncture and herbs 🌿

A few points -
🍃 cupping will be available yes
🍃 Chinese herbs yes, we can absolutely do this, but will be posting them from an external provider (and u should receive in a couple of days)
🍃 probably no hicaps at the time - but you should be able to claim health funds in retrospect with your invoice/ receipt 😊
🍃 all the regular things I will be seeing - pain, pregnancy, labour prep (if the timing suits you), hormones, periods, digestion, stress, sleep, wellbeing
