Empower Growth, Support Performance  
We are so excited to announce our Performers Reformer Holiday Class and Parents & Performers Reformer Holiday Class are available for online bookings now! Two tailored programs designed to meet the unique needs of young performers and their families.

Performers Reformer Holiday Class: Perfect for dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders, aerial artists, and other young athletes, this class focuses on building foundational strength, flexibility, and movement control. Guided by a qualified physiotherapist, your child will develop skills to prevent injuries while enhancing their performance.

Parents & Performers Reformer Holiday Class: A collaborative session that empowers parents to actively support their young performers. While performers train to meet their artistic demands, parents engage in modified exercises to better understand injury prevention and provide effective supervision at home. Together, you’ll build strength, resilience, and shared knowledge for a successful journey in the performing arts.

Class Details: • Duration: 60 minutes • Cost: $32 per participant • PHI Claimable (terms and conditions apply)

DREAMS BECOMING REALITY

What a journey so far!

But seeing it all come together and these visions taking shape has made it all worth it.

My dream treatment room is now a reality (yes, there is a ballet barre in every room!) and the warm and welcoming clinic I envisioned is becoming everything I hoped for and more.

I can’t wait for more of you to step through our doors!

DREAM TEAM

What’s better than one dance physio? TWO dance physio’s!

We are excited to announce that Amy is a part of the Inform team! With a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (First Class Honours, no less!), she’s on a mission to empower dancers in the studio and beyond.

Amy’s dance journey started with ballet at age 3, evolved through various genres, and even took her overseas for full-time contemporary training.

Passionate about technique, agility, and performance, Amy loves helping dancers bounce back stronger post-injury.

But hey, it’s not just about recovery – she’s all about enhancing performance to minimize the risk of injuries too.

And that’s not all! Amy’s been making waves in the dance community. From creating study guides for RTO dance courses to launching her own Dance Journal (you can snag it on Amazon!), she’s all about sharing knowledge.

In the academic world she has presented her research study findings at the annual Sports Medicine Australia conference, and brings that same passion for education to hosting holiday workshops for dancers. Talk about being ‘informed’!

Fun non-dance fact (because it’s all about balance, right?!): Amy has two fur babies named Nala & Theo. When she’s not in clinic, you’ll likely find her playing soccer with them in the park. Make sure to ask her for the cutest puppy pictures!

IT’S OFFICIAL ✨

I have the keys to my very own premises and my dream Performing Arts Physiotherapy Clinic is becoming a reality!

A sudden change that was out of my control pushed me to pivot quicker than I expected and here we are! In a very, very short amount of time we have been turning this little slice of Burleigh into everything a performing artist needs to take care of their body and optimise it to reach their goals. My gosh I can’t wait to show you!

The passion project I previously mentioned has been overtaken by this bigger adventure for now. But don’t worry, I’m working to have it ready for the middle of next year and am excited to update you closer to its release!

The blood, sweat and tears that have gone into getting this space up and running have been real, but from the end of January 2024 you will find me living my best life, grooving to fun tunes, and happy dancing in my new space. I hope the neighbours don’t mind me pulling out my tap shoes! I have worked so hard to bring this together and I hope you will love it as much as I do 🤍
