Last year I had a serious chat to Santa after I found him sobbing in my living room.
He told me he had tried so many things to get healthy and lose his bulge and it was making him miserable.
I asked but have you tried essential oils❓
He said no I thought they were just smelly things, would they really help?

I then explained of course the reason being majority of society's health issues are related to habits.
These habits are ingrained into us many times generational from our parents 👨‍👩‍👧 and grandparents 👵🏻 👴
So when we realise it's time for change the reason most of the time we fail is due to the strong emotional and psychological impulses that are ultimately designed to keep us safe but are no longer relevant are still so strong that they are hard to break.

Ultimately they make it straight to the olfactory bulb💡 the centre for emotion, memory and learning.
Therefore anchoring ⚓ in new life affirming not life destructive habits.
