Hi lovely souls,

You may have noticed some updates to my business — including logo changes and expanded locations. I want to take a moment to clarify what’s changed (and what hasn’t).

💆‍♀️ Massage services are now available in two locations:
📍 Bundaberg - new space located above Target Arcade.
📍 Burnett Heads - same space

🧘‍♀️ Shakti Yoga classes are held every Thursday at Happiness Yoga, Bargara at 6:30pm.

While the branding has evolved, my focus remains the same: offering high-quality, heart-centered support for your physical and emotional well-being.

Reversing out my drive way out to teach Shakti Yoga tonight and this most exquisite hibiscus caught my eye 🌺 A fertile gift from mother nature in full bloom 😍
Just like us women, when we choose to allow ourselves to soften and ground, nourishing and receiving, we can bloom again 🌺✨️✨️

Shakti is a Sanskrit word.

Shakti energy is inherently feminine, naturally more alive in a woman’s body. Through Shakti Yoga we connect to the feminine energy of Shakti, held in our sacred wombs. The storehouse of our creative life-force energy and primordial wisdom.

We drop out of mind consciousness into body awareness, landing gently, yet deeply, into truly inhabiting our bodies. We gently spiral and stir Shakti energy that may be dormant. We allow ourselves to feel the knowing in our bones, the primal, ancient wisdom. To truly relish and savor each moment in our female form.

More will be unveiled in the coming days about Shakti Yoga and womb wisdom. My Shakti Yoga training and practice has been so deeply life changing and profound I often feel my words will not illuminate it’s true radiance, however it is finally time to share regardless!💃🌹

With a fire in my belly and love in my heart, I am excited to announce the new name of Burnett Heads Massage and Yoga.

This name change reflects how women often spend most of their energy looking after others. This natural caring and loving nature is a gift that can leave us depleted. However, when women gather that powerful and loving energy in to caring for themselves - incredible healing happens and a woman becomes radiant from within again. You see the sparkle in their eyes, feel the truth in their laughter and the love from their hearts.

We’re thrilled to let you know that we’ve also expanded to a beautiful second location inside Nurture Acupuncture on Bourbong Street, Bundaberg. I have been craving a feminine space where women can be cocooned in nourishing energy and this space offers me that!

Nonetheless, for my longterm and devoted clients by the ocean my original Burnett Heads space remains open!

Shakti Yoga is Womb centered - a spiral journey, a pilgrimage into the womb of creation. Inviting women to reconnect with their creative life-force energy. The gift we have as women to bring spirit into form is something to be revered. Gently guiding you to reconnect with the feminine qualities of softness, intuition, creativity.
