Support Worker – Casual Position

Are you looking to get started in the support industry, or just after a few extra hours each week? Thrive 360 Support Services 🌱 is seeking a compassionate, reliable support worker to join our team.

This is a casual role with an immediate start available for the right candidate. You’ll have one guaranteed shift per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional fill-in shifts. Perfect for someone looking to enter the industry or supplement existing work.

What You’ll Need:
• Valid Blue Card and Yellow Card
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• First Aid and CPR (current certifications)
• A caring, dependable attitude
• Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred but not essential)

Today, we honour and thank all the men, women, animals and the families who stood beside them, for their service and sacrifice.

Some of our participants, support workers, and their families, including our own, attended the dawn service and ceremonies throughout the day. It was a privilege to stand together in remembrance. 🫶🏻
