A Sound Healing Session is an experience in which you lay down or sit and listen to various instruments such as Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Gongs, flutes, drums etc. The frequencies produced by these instruments create many effects, the most recognised being relaxation.
Sometimes we may even have you experiment with the sounds and play the instruments yourself!
When in a sound healing many people ask me, ‘what do I do? Am I in the right position?’,
I reply make yourself as comfortable as you can, lay on your stomach, back, side, sit, you might like to stand on your head if that’s your jam, however you feel relaxed!
Sound healing is also wonderful for Stress,
Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Sleep disturbances, Chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, PTSD or trauma-related stress,

Sound healing can provide benefits in as little as 8mins, however most sessions last around one hour and if you resonate with sound, can be one of the most relaxing experiences of your life!
