If you have an NDIS plan, you may be able to access dietetic support to help you build healthier, more confident eating habits. Our dietitians provide tailored nutrition guidance for people of all ages and abilities, including those with complex needs or multiple health conditions.

Hereโ€™s how you can access dietetic services through your NDIS plan:
โ€ข Check your plan budgets โ€“ Dietitians are funded under Capacity Building: Improved Health & Wellbeing or Improved Daily Living.
โ€ข Get a referral (optional) โ€“ You can self-refer, or your support coordinator, LAC, or health professional can help you connect with us.
โ€ข Book an appointment โ€“ Weโ€™ll work with you to understand your goals and create an individualised plan to support your nutrition needs.
โ€ข Ongoing support โ€“ Sessions can include meal planning, swallowing-friendly diets, weight management, chronic condition support, or building independent food skills.
