Family Based Care Tasmania is proud to co-host this yearโs Vinnies Community Sleepout alongside the St Vincent de Paul Society North-West โ a powerful night of connection, compassion, and community action.
Where: Marist Regional College
When: Thursday 21st August 2025
Time: 7:00pm โ 7:00am
This special event raises awareness of homelessness in our region and supports vital local services. In 2025 alone, the NW Vinnies Van has already:
Served 3,535 meals to the local community
Supported 2,088 people through Emergency Relief
Shared 806 meals through Dining With Friends
From 2026, Vinnies will take the lead in running the NW Sleepout โ a heartfelt thank you to our CEO Doug and the FBC team for their years of dedication.

Food on the Night:
The Vinnies Van will be serving soup, sandwiches, tea & coffee for dinner, and bacon & egg rolls for breakfast.
What to Bring:
Sleeping bag or doona. Weโll provide cardboard for bedding โ or bid on a comfort item in the auction!

Youโre still welcome to join us for the auction or make a donation. Auction item donations can be dropped at Reception until 19th August.
