One of the most important things to understand early on is your budget.

Your budget is the government funding set aside for you to help pay for care and services like help around the house, personal care, transport, allied health, and more. It's based on your individual assessed needs, so it's designed to work for your situation.

Together with your provider, you'll decide how that funding is put to work for you so you get the most out of every dollar.
