Listen to your body. Eat when you’re hungry. Grab a plate of snacks and let that be the plate you enjoy during the social moments. Exercise some will power; we are not designed for excess - though it’s most enjoyable for our minds.

2026 has held moments of joy and grief for everyone. Christmas time is a balancing act of emotions and time.
