Meet Dr. Patricia Beresford, BSc, MBBCh.

Dr. Patricia Beresford brings a wealth of experience in both hospital and general practice settings, providing comprehensive and patient-centred care.

After completing her medical degree in South Africa, Dr. Patricia has been practicing in Australia since 2011 and has been part of the North Brisbane community since 2018. She is currently completing her specialist GP training as a RACGP Registrar within the practice.

Dr. Patricia has a strong interest in preventative health, chronic disease management, women’s health, and mental health, supporting patients at every stage of life.

ADHD Assessments for Children & Adults

If ongoing challenges with focus, organisation, impulsivity, or emotional regulation are affecting day-to-day life, a structured assessment can provide clarity and direction.

Dr. Julia Humphreys is currently offering GP-led ADHD assessments at our practice for both children and adults. These longer, staged appointments provide a supportive and evidence-based approach to diagnosis and ongoing management.

Where appropriate, ongoing treatment and monitoring can be provided without the need for a psychiatrist referral.

Please note that a $150 deposit is required at the time of booking.
