👋 Hey everyone!

Appointments are now open with our new GP, Dr Ropa Mabuto.

Dr Ropa trained at Newcastle University in the UK in 2015 and has been working as a GP there for years. She’s now here with us, bringing her passion for caring for families and building strong, lasting relationships with patients.

When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll probably find her out on a walk, cooking something delicious, or exploring the local food scene with her family.

💡 The good news? Preventative care works. General practices can offer:
✅ Nutrition assessments
✅ Care plans with dietitians
✅ Early screening for at-risk patients
✅ Support for families and carers

When we act early, we improve health, reduce hospital stays, and ease the pressure on families. Speak to your GP about simple steps you can take today.

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a clinically proven, safe, painless, and non-invasive solution to pain, inflammation and swelling. LLLT is backed by 30+ years of research evidence!

Ehab Kiriakos uses 904nm wavelength laser for deep healing and restoration. Targeting muscles, tendons, and joints with an optimal infrared light.

Suitable for a range of conditions - from acute injury to chronic relief! It modulates pain signals via nerve pathways, boosting mitochondrial activity and ATP production (the energy currency in cells) ➡️ faster repair. It improves collagen synthesis, lymphatic flow, and nerve repair 💥
