for Megan on the weekend! 🏊🏽‍♀️ 🚴🏽‍♀️ 🏃🏽‍♀️ We’ve been working towards this for years - not just on the training side of things: building endurance, learning to love rest days, and finding the load tolerances - but also the nutrition side of things: optimising day to day eating for lifestyle and health, breaking diet culture noise, and planning all the plans for race day (aka back up options, troubleshooting, logistics).

I knew Megan could put together a sub 12 hour race if all went well and mechanics played on our side. 7th AG out of the water, 8th on the bike, 11th in the run for an overall 9th place finish in 11:53:06 hours 🏅🤩

The Ironman journey is always a challenging one for every athlete, but to do this with two young active boys, working full time and showing up for the family day in day out is inspiring and one you should be very proud of - congrats! 🥳 Time for recovery now! 🥂

is an Ironman! 🥳 It sure wasn’t the easiest lead up to Arizona for Nick, but he gave it everything he could last week, and we prepared him for all situations come race day. This meant nailing his bike nutrition despite some mechanical delays, and putting plan B into place on the run when needed, and not waiting til it was too late 🙌 14 hours later, and carrying his daughter’s nighttime bunny with him (along with a sketch of his parter and daughter on his custom suit 🥹) he rang the bell and ran down the red carpet to finish the job! 🤩 Congratulations Nick and epic team work 👊

turned it on again last weekend for the biggest Olympic distance triathlon in the world! Marianne, Scott and Jon all put together some great wins throughout the day 🏊🏽‍♀️ 🚴🏽‍♀️ 🏃🏽 Plus always good to see athletes out there smashing it too 🥳

We often share all the successes and efforts of events and races, but it’s the day to day wins, the consistent efforts in training, and pushing outside the comfort zone that really should be celebrated!

Proud of on her build to ticking off a 5km swim Thursday, 200k bike (and ROTB) Friday, backing it up Saturday afternoon for an Olympic distance Tri, and finishing off Sunday with a 20k easy run 💥 To do this well, it’s all about fuelling in and out of training, recovering as best as possible, and having a support network 🤝 (If you look in the right corner, you’ll be able to tell she’s a mum to two young boys too! ). You probably don’t need me to tell you how collagen can support joint, connective tissue and skin health - it’s been pretty popular over the years. But did you know that gelatin is derived from collagen? 🤔

Which means you can add to your nutrition with things like homemade gummies and jelly!

Now I don’t recommend making or buying these products solely to meet your collagen needs if this is a goal. They’re simply a fun addition to your day and can provide extra nutrition to little ones 🤩

Here’s a recipe we whipped up the other day 🩷

Fruity Gummies

1/4 cup tinned pineapple
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup frozen dragonfruit (or raspberries)
1- heaped tablespoons of tinned coconut milk (or yoghurt)
Milk to make thick consistency (start with 1/4-1/2 cup- you want to make about 300ml of mixture)
4.5 Tbs gelatin
160ml water

You can use any fruit / flavours you like!

Method:
1.Blend fruits, coconut and milk together.
2.Pour into small saucepan over low heat and stir to heat through.
3.In a small bowl, mix gelatin and water together to bloom (liquid is absorbed and thickened).
4.Place into the fruit mix and stir well until gelatin is dissolved.
5.Transfer to molds or a square container lined with baking paper. Place in the fridge until set (~a few hours).

What a week of racing at the World Championships in Wollongong! 🤩 Fabulous (and inspiring - aka Matt Hauser crowned World Champion!) to see all the efforts and results from the elites, previous athletes, and the triathlon community. And it was especially exciting to have Scott race his first world champs for the Sprint Tri (top 30 AG) and mixed team relay! 🏅 💚💛 🇦🇺 He’s in a peak racing block, so we’re working on all things race nutrition, prep and recovery - ahead of a big start to 2026! was unstoppable at Kona World Champs 😍🤩 Nutrition doesn’t always go to plan, especially when you add in heat and the biggest race of your life…but Tracy nailed it! 💯 We made changes (logistically and nutritionally) to adapt to the hot humid conditions, and she executed to perfection - what a fabulous prep by 👏 11th in AG (out of 79) and 12:29 hours 🏅 So so proud and happy for you Tracy!!
