Happy December yogis....It is not long until Christmas...a day that sometimes seems like a deadline of massive expectation, expense and commitment. I thought this was a lovely reminder to be compassionate with ourselves during this month. Christmas day is just one day out of 365. Our loved one love us regardless of presents, fancy Christmas decorations or perfect pavlova! So I hope that if you are feeling a bit overwhelmed this quote may help keep things on perspective and you can enjoy December 💜🌻

Happy Wednesday Yogis! I have not posted in a while as life has been very busy and hectic of late. When I saw this it was a reminder to slow down, especially when things want to speed up now that we are heading into December. In January it feels like the end of the year will never get here and then when December rolls around we say "where did the year go?". I have felt swept up in the energy of others of late, which means I am not moving to my own rhythm. I have been slowly reclaiming that this week and my wish is that you too can move to your own rhythm especially now when that could potentially get overrun by Christmas craziness!

Classes Tuesdays at 6pm and Friday at 9.30am 💜

Lots of fun had by all at the Complete Yoga Vasse Christmas party. It was great to see our little community come together to celebrate. Thank you to everyone who came along. I would not be a teacher of yoga without you all 💜🌻

Thank you to everyone who attended the yoga and sound afternoon today. Thank you to the very talented Ann from Harmonic Sound Resonance for the soothing and grounding sounds. Thank you also to the The People Place Busselton for the lovely venue. It was a wonderful afternoon that left everyone feeling relaxed, calm and joyful. I'm so grateful to have been able to share this special afternoon with all of you. 💜
