But the winter sun called me.
And this time…I answered.

I sat down. Right there in the light.
Even though the dogs acted like toddler twins climbing over me.
Even though my kiddos gave me minutes, not the hours I craved.
Even though the wild farm gardens whispered about being tamed.

And the warmth on my skin?
Nearly or****ic.
Not because the scene was perfect—it wasn’t.
But because a few years ago, I couldn’t have done this.
I couldn’t have stopped.
I couldn’t have chosen my body over my to-do list.

💫 This is the quiet, unphotographed work of healing.
The inner shifts no one gives you a certificate for.
The rewiring that changes how you live in your own skin,
even when nothing around you has changed.

And this is what The Return is for.
The kind of work that lets you:
🌿 Hear the call of the sun and answer.
🌿 Hold the chaos and still feel pleasure in your body.
🌿 Choose presence over productivity—and know it’s not indulgent.

History, or HerStory is vital, to know where we have been... so we can embody the wisdom to know where to go...

But this is only part of the Feminine + Matrescence awakening

Yes, indescribable events, wounds, suffering and isolation have occurred towards the feminine, the Mama. Which all of us carry in our DNA, right here, right now

But once we have become aware of these DNA codes, these ancestral and generational traumas, how do we heal? How do we start embodying the Wisdom, so we can move forward? Re parent ourselves while parenting our little ones?

We return Home.

To our deepest, most Truest selves.

And the journey of Matrescence, the portal of Birth, helps peel back those layers of hiding our Truth, often abruptly and with fierce intensity.
Like when your daughter emerges from your Sacred Womb, looks you straight in the eyes and you feel that fire, that ancient wisdom and KNOW your life has been shifted irrevocably ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

The journey Home is filled with adventures, tears, triumphs, joy and sadness. But it is not a journey outwards, externally.

It is an inward, deep journey Home, though our Womb, straight to The Mother, the centre of all Creation. Where peace, safety and Love are ALWAYS waiting to hold us deeply
