What is Shamanic Trance?

While I am always connected to my Angels, Guides and the collective field, during Shamanic Healing I put myself in an altered state of consciousness, otherwise known as Shamanic Trance, for divination and healing purposes (while completely sober and substance free).

Going into Shamanic Trance makes it easier to cross the threshold into the spiritual realms.
It’s like putting your head and then your whole body underwater, but instead of everything being muffled, it becomes clearer.
I am able to connect with a multitude of different beings and access realms of consciousness in a much deeper and clearer way than when I am walking around in my regular waking brain state.

This is one of the reasons why if you ask me a question when I am walking around in public, you are going to get a very different answer than if you were to ask me the same question during a Shamanic Healing session.

When I am in my regular waking state I might be able to lightly touch the surface, but when I am in Shamanic Trance, I am able to dive deep and access information to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it there.

Then I understand that anything not in alignment with that statement/ belief will reveal itself,

and I am free to embody that reality.

Reality Bubble/ Tunnel

We don't perceive reality as it is.
We perceive it as we are.

For example if there was a problem with my cars engine and I lifted the hood to check it out, I would see a labyrinth of metal, plastic and rubber.
But if a mechanic looked at the same engine they would be able to diagnose and fix the problem because they have downloaded information into their mind about how to fix cars. They have a lens that they look at the world through that I don't have.

A Reality Bubble/ Tunnel is the unique lens our subconscious mind forms, from beliefs, experiences and values, through which we perceive, interpret and interact with the world. Perception creates reality and everyone's Reality Bubble/ Tunnel or lens is different. Therefore no ones reality is perfectly alike.
