Jackie has been teaching yoga since 1996. She studied Psychology and Human Movement at UWA. Instead of becoming a Psychologist or Exercise Physiologist Jackie became a yoga teacher, which combines the two professions perfectly. The yoga classes are incredibly beneficial for increasing whole body strength ( especially core areas) , improving joint flexibility and mobility, and relaxing the nervous

system. The health benefits of regular yoga practice are numerous and cumulative. The style of yoga taught by Jackie is enjoyed by people of all ages and walks of life. Please try a class and you will see - you have nothing to lose - only alot to gain!
