Women coming together in circle is ancient medicine.

It’s soul-fulfilling work.
It’s world-changing work.

We tap in.

We validate, empower and hold each other in love and presence.

I get high off it. I’m somatically grounding my energy throughout; my nervous system feels the shift. It feels the kinetic potential of life’s vibrations.

We are moving forward with power.

Small, simple steps.

Full, feminine containers.

Sunday the 6th of October sees the return of a very special Sunday sesh with the second edition of ‘Spin City’ - our vinyl record collectors fair at The Banksia Tavern!

Join us alongside a host of the South West’s finest vintage record vendors for a cracking afternoon of crate digging, vinyl spinning and beer sipping adventures!

From 12pm till 4pm there’ll be a treasure trove of tunes to discover with record gems from all your favourite genres and eras + all arvo DJ sets from some of our favourite vinyl aficionados and a choice Sunday sesh menu of Banksia burgers, frosty ales and classic cocktails!
