Are you wanting to help people (babies all the way through to oldies 😉🩷) to feel relaxed, calm, settled?

Or perhaps you are feeling like you would like to contribute to your community but are not sure what you can do.

I want to offer you the opportunity to come and learn with me and from others who are people focused and leading change in the hands on health space.

The first step is a conversation between you and me, I want to know what your goals are in terms of helping humanity, and then we can enrol you into your first level of training.

This work is hands on, you will learn alot but in the simplest of ways.

A basic grasp of the English language would be ideal but the certification is available in Spanish aswell and a few others.

When I first got into body work I didn't know what I was doing, all I knew was that I wanted to help people and I had basic anatomy and physiology training from uni and sports/fitness. You will learn along the way and ill be one of your mentors.

ON the topic of being yourself (bit of a long and slightly weird post),

I believe there has never been a greater time in history than now for us to recognise and run with this concept of being ourselves, it really has. Being ourselves takes courage for many and some don't even know who themselves are....

In the last 48 hours I have listened to talks while not being able to sleep, I have listened to messages while not being able to work, I have listened to the music when not being able to talk, I have listened to the world when not being able to think and I have listened to the stillness when I have not been able to move.

The one message that has run through all of it: people are searching for something outside of themselves to answer their problems when the answer is already there if we will only take the time to stop and listen.

Up until 2 days ago, if somebody had told me that I was a piece of the overall puzzle or that the world needs your uniqueness or your gifts or however they put it, I probably would have laughed at them. Because I was busy trying to make what I thought I was supposed to be doing work, but what I thought I was supposed to do looked like what everyone else I was watching was doing and I was constantly feeling deflated and exhausted and confused because I didn't fit in or just couldn't make myself shut my mouth or hide my face and be like everyone else......
Yep I get it and I have heard it before, I was not made to fit in, I was not meant to be like everyone else, I am here at this time to create change (I do that well!), but deep down I still just wanted to be 'normal' and fit in - now it doesn't matter, now I just want everyone to be themselves and not fit in and stop trying to conform or be like anybody else.......

People are searching for answers to their health, I listened to Dr Wu share his years of training, knowledge, experience and life freely with others around 2 herbs which have a long history with Traditional Chinese Medicine and then I saw the questions so many of them asked. There were over 70 people on the zoom call and so many are looking for answers to chronic health conditions and it was in that moment that I realised or recognised that what I thought was driving me every day (to take the pressure off the healthcare system) is already happening and people are doing this themselves without even realising it!
The general practice you go to, the specialists you are referred to, the backlog in hospitals that officials talk about, is primarily driven by chronic health conditions and the system is not equipped for that, but you are.
The healthcare system that I see in Australia is equipped to care for Acute conditions, for Emergency conditions and then they send you home and you, along with the community around you, are actually equipped to manage and heal your body mind and soul so that chronic conditions cease to exist.

Perhaps you don't realise this just yet and maybe you have lived so long with whatever you have collected that you don't think it is possible - but it is, you can learn how and do this and if you don't think you can, that is ok - keep talking to me, let's walk this way together. My eyes weep and my heart breaks everytime I meet someone who thinks the answer is outside of themselves and whether I like it or not I can't keep quiet about this anymore.

Literally and figuratively, the key to success in your life and your body, is to focus on your own stool, crap, s**t - whatever word you want to use.

Regularity is one thing, but so is texture, smell, colour, shape, contents....

If you begin to focus on your own, by keeping a note in your journal, perhaps you will pick up changes and begin to improve your physical and mental health by understanding what happens in your body when you consume different things, drink adequate hydrating beverages, calm down stress responses and even lift certain things.

What you excrete out into the world says alot about how you are processing what goes into your world (😉😁).

For some of you, you will get the double meaning to this message and for those of you who don't, that's ok, even just 1 layer will help 💪🩵

If you are a 'true' doctor, one who seeks to do no harm and to assist your patients to truly heal, you need to look at this. I have to say, this has been one of the BEST communities to be a part of. You can choose your level of play but you must be prepared to work - I recommend it for ALL health practitioners I mentor and for the serious health enthusiasts - the depth and breadth of knowledge, community and research you get access to blows what you learn at university and in placements out of the water and adds greater strength to what you deliver to your clients (patients....) AND how you care for yourself 💪👏

🔥 The Lymph-Fat Detox Loop: Why Your Fat Holds Onto Toxins — and How to Set It Free 💧🧬

Ever wonder why some people detox quickly, while others stay puffy, foggy, and inflamed no matter what they do?

The answer might lie not in their gut, their liver, or even their diet…
But in their fat cells — and more specifically, their lymphatic system’s ability to empty them.

🧪 Toxins Love Fat: A Survival Strategy

Your body is smart. Too smart.

When it detects a threat (like mercury, pesticides, mold toxins, or synthetic chemicals) that your liver and lymph can’t flush fast enough, it stores them in your adipose (fat) tissue.

Why? Because it’s safer to isolate toxins in fat than to let them roam freely and inflame vital organs.

So instead of releasing the toxins, your body:
• Buffers them in fat
• Reduces metabolism to “hold” them safely
• Protects you — but slows healing

Fat doesn’t just store toxins… it depends on your lymphatic system to drain them.

You can’t safely detox your fat cells without:
• Hydrated, flowing lymph

Lemongrass (C. citratus) EO exhibited anti-inflammatory activity by protecting red blood cells from breaking apart when challenged by a substance that would normally damage them in a laboratory study. The EO also prevented a protein (called BSA) from changing shape (denaturing), with greater effects seen at higher concentrations.
