Wise words: yet frequently we are TRYING to change the other. We can influence one another, we can change and then find the dynamic in the relationship changes. If we are always focussing on them and what they need to do - we are missing the opportunity to grow ourselves.

You cannot change them - but you CAN change yourself, and then see your relationships change around you

Positive thinking: there is a great deal of power in thinking positively, and in encouragement. 😃. we can encourage ourselves of course, however, when someone else gives us this support, it is very empowering.

ANXIETY - DEPRESSION

DO YOU HAVE it and is it worse in the morning? You could have a truck load of cortisol hitting you in the morning and making the day seem insurmountable. You then get trapped in a cycle.

So .... what to do?

TAKE Action:
get moving - jump up and down on the spot
walk quickly around the block
decreasing overall stress levels
start day grounded
prayer
breathing exercise
get moving if you can
one REALLY small step - out of bed and into a chair
