🧑‍🍳 Today’s therapy = working with a young man on his goal of being able to cook an evening meal 🍝

Occupational therapists are skilled at helping people develop life skills such as cooking by using adaptive tools and techniques, modifying the environment, and simplifying tasks and instructions.

Beautiful sunny day for a gopher trial in Nannup today! We have established relationships with south west equipment suppliers and can help arrange an in home trial. This is particularly handy to ensure that the equipment fits in or around the home where it needs to go, and can make it up and down those pesky Nannup hills!!

🦠 We take infection control seriously 🦠

✅ We sterilise all toys & resources between clients. Shared playdough? No way!
✅ Our staff carry gloves, masks, antibacterial wipes & sanitising hand gel in their vehicles (& use them!)
✅ We reschedule clients if staff or members of their household have contagious illnesses. Whilst this may be inconvenient at the time, we won’t risk passing illnesses onto our valued clients.
