For those following along, our Physiosouthwest ladies did it! Successfully completing their first full solo Busselton Jetty Swim 💪

A massive thank you to all the volunteers and organisers of both the Bay Run and Jetty Swim. Coordinating such large events is no easy feat!

It's another big weekend of events in Busselton, with the 2026 Bay Run and Busselton Jetty Swim!

Wishing all the participates the very best of luck, and a special good luck to Emma & Kelli who are attempting their first solo jetty swim. In the iconic words of Dory, 'Just keep swimming'

Whether you're doing your first half marathon or full marathon, or doing your 20th or your 1st jetty swim - wear a big smile, soak up the wicked atmosphere and just have fun!

If you need a little last minute help before the events we still have a couple of Friday afternoon and Saturday morning appointments available!

Some would say our summer holidays have come to an end, but we really live in our own little slice of paradise!

Here's what the team has been up to over the break...

Kelli's spent the last week doing physio for the Tasmanian Cricket Team and Cricket Australia during the recent Australian Country Cricket Championships that were held in the southwest.

Emma has been busy training for her first solo jetty swim. She's paddled around the jetty with the water safety more times than she can count. Now it's almost time for her to conquer her fears and swim the 3.8km.

Jeff travelled to Perth to celebrate his oldest daughter Lucy graduating with her law degree! Brain's certainly run in the family. A massive congratulations to you Luce!

We all hope you're having an amazing summer. And we are always here to help you if need!

If you've been sitting on the fence, its not too late to join our Monday 9am class! Classes are adapted to your body and fitness so perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their pilates.
