Look what I found at Costco! Wild caught salmon!! Works out to be about $6 per piece- so cheap! Did you know farmed salmon has been fed pellets full of Canola oil and artificial colours? Farmed salmon can be inflammatory and is also bad for the environment. Whilst I love the idea of 'growing' our food instead of over fishing the oceans sadly this is not yet conducive to good human or environmental health.

Despite the wind what a wonderful Saturday! Paddle this morning followed by coffee with an awesome crew, went to the gym, had a beautiful swim and then home for a nap. I love this time of year in Busselton- so many fish and minimal stingers! The weather is warming up and it's looking like it's going to be a cracking summer!

Walking the streets of West Perth today whilst my oldest has an appointment. I love the mix of old and new architecture and landscaping. This is something I feel Perth does so well (even if my crappy pic doesn't reflect it 🤣🤣)
Every street so far has established trees and lush greenery, some of the old spaces even have lawn and gardens.
